Professor Robert Kaplan
A well-known figure on the international speaking circuit, Dr Kaplan is currently Professor of Leadership Development at the Harvard Business School . Since receiving his bachelor's and master's degrees from M.I.T. in the US and an honorary doctorate from the University of Stuttgart , he has worked at Harvard University and at Carnegie-Mellon University for over 30 years.
 
Dr David Norton
David Norton is a specialist consultant to many of the world's leading organisations on the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard; Dr Norton has presented his groundbreaking solutions to over 10,000 executives. He is also the author of numerous Harvard Business Review articles. Norton earned his Doctorate in Business Administration from Harvard University , an MBA from Florida State University and an MSc in Operations Research from Florida Institute of Technology. He has over 17 years experience as president of his own consultancy company.
