Performances and games of the Carnival are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. The organiser has the reserved right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and / or vary advertised programs, performance sequence, food & beverages arrangements and lucky draw mechanisms and/or other related arrangements. Admission to the Carnival is limited due to restricted capacity for visitors. The organiser reserve the right to refuse entry of any ticket holders without notice or reason. Tickets are issued on a first-come-first-serve basis. Entry will be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced. The games and performances are provided by Third Party companies. The organiser will not be held responsible or liable for the accuracy or eligibility of the materials provided by Third Party companies. The organiser may vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. When continuing to use the service provided by this website, you agree to be bound by the variations concerning ticket terms and conditions. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued within two (2) hours before the commencement of the carnival, the carnival will be cancelled or postponed to a later date to be announced by the organiser.
