In addition to redeeming a free ticket, each company may purchase extra tickets with 40% discount before 24 October!

Extra tickets:

• All Tradelink customers are entitled to one FREE entry ticket to the Tradelink Customer Summer Carnival.
• Customers who require more tickets can purchase them with their credit cards in the Membership Rewards Program. Every registered Tradelink customer can redeem up to a maximum of five (5) tickets over and above their entitlement of one free ticket.
• As seats are limited, tickets will be issued on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Click here to check your bonus points balance before redeeming your tickets; you can also check the number of tickets you have redeemed from your company's redemption record.

How to get your entry tickets

For security reasons, Tradelink will accept redemption requests only from your company's nominated representative(s). If you have not already done so, please complete the nomination form and fax to us at 2506 0188 as soon as possible.

To get the Carnival tickets, your nominated representative(s) simply need to go to the ticketing webpage, then input their login ID and password to proceed.

Upon successful redemption, a Redemption Acknowledgement will appear on the screen.
Please note that insufficient bonus points will generate an error message and you will have to amend your redemption request.

Collection of Carnival entry tickets

All Carnival tickets will be sent to customers' correspondence addresses by post.
