Rules & Regulations

Ticketing

  • Each ticket is good for ONE guest only. Guests of age 12 or above must hold adult tickets. Children under the age of 3 accompanied by an audlt requires no ticket.
  • Free entry for senior citizen over the age of 65 is NOT APPLICABLE at the Carnival.
  • Tickets may be purchased / redeemed by Tradelink customers on a first-come-first-serve basis via this website.
  • Entry will be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced.

The Venue

  • No food and drinks are allowed to be carried into the park.
  • All guest are abided to the rules and regulations set by Ocean Park.
  • Please take care of your own personal belongings, the organiser will not responsible for the loss or damage of your own personal belongings or any personal injury suffered by the guests.

Transportation

  • Carnival tickets must be presented when riding on the Carnival shuttle bus between Admiralty (Guests will be notified of changes) and Ocean Park. Bus fees are included in the admission ticket. No bus ticket will be sold on the carnival day.
  • Customers can also arrange their own transportation by bus or car. Parking space is limited and parking ticket will be sold on site on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Bad Weather

  • If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued within TWO hours before the commencement of the carnival, the carnival will be cancelled or postponed to a later date to be announced by the organiser.

Performance & Games

  • The games and performances are provided by third party companies. The organiser will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, safety, suitability or legality of the contents of these games and performances.
  • Performances and games of the Carnival are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice. The organiser reserves the full right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and / or vary the announced programs, performance sequence, lucky draw mechanisms and/or other related arrangements.

Others

  • The following facilities will be opened from 4pm - 7pm:
    Giant Panda Habitat, Butterfly House, Goldfish Pagoda and Caverns of Darkness 3D
  • The organiser may vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the service provided by this website, you have agreed to be bound by the varied terms and conditions.
