Digi-Sign has introduced USB token, as a more reliable and convenient media to store ID-Cert in place of floppy diskette. Before expiry of existing ID-Cert, customer can take the necessary online steps for certificate renewal. Once the certificate is renewed, it will be sent to you on the USB token. You are kindly requested to keep the USB token in good condition as the same token will be used for future renewal of ID-Cert.

Please also take note that the USB token issued to you is solely for the purpose of storing ID-Cert. We take no responsibility of any damage or whatever loss arise from the use of this USB token as a memory stick for storing your own data. In case of damage of the USB token caused by its use for purpose other than for ID-Cert storage, customer will need to pay for the USB token replacement.
