Tradelink and Digi-Sign Awarded ISO 9001 Certification
for its Excellence in Customer Support Services

(Hong Kong, 10 December 2004) Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited ("Tradelink"), the largest e-commerce service provider in Hong Kong, announced today that its Customer Services Department and its subsidiary, Digi-Sign Certification Services Limited ("Digi-Sign"), have successfully been accredited the ISO 9001 Quality Certificate for their professional and quality customer services.

The ISO 9001 Certificate is an international standard introduced by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to recognize organizations which have made great efforts to achieve a high standard leading to success and excellence.

"Our certification is evidence of our compliance with the requirements established by the ISO 9001 Quality standard."
