According to clause 10(b) of the terms
and conditions for Tradelink services, Tradelink services will
only be accessible between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. daily ("service
hours"), unless otherwise specified by Tradelink. In order
to ensure your trade declaration can be successfully delivered to
the Government, please submit the declaration within the service
hours. Messages submitted outside the service hours WILL NOT be
collected by Tradelink.
For every trade declaration you have successfully submitted, you
will receive a corresponding "acknowledgement message".
You should check your mailbox on a regular basis and in particular
about 30 minutes after each time that you submit a trade declaration.
If any of the trade declarations contain errors, you should review
the error messages promptly and to resubmit without delay. If you
do not receive any acknowledgement or error message and the message
status of the message is still displayed as "SENT", it
may be that the trade declaration has failed to reach Tradelink.
You should never assume your submission is successful unless and
until you receive such "acknowledgement message" for your
submission. If you do not find such "acknowledgement message"
within 30 minutes after your submission,please contact Tradelink
Customer Service Hotline at 2917 8888 immediately for assistance
to avoid running the risk of incurring late lodgment penalty charges.
Tradelink shall in no event be responsible for your failure or
delay in submitting a trade declaration owing to your attempt to
submit it outside the service hours or your failure to check "acknowledge
messages".
