Please have your existing Personal ID-Cert and password ready.

1. Login to the renewal page by using the existing Personal ID-Cert and password
2. Review and update your contact information as necessary.
3. Confirm and submit your Online Renewal Application with your existing Personal ID-Cert and password.
4. A "Process Completed" message will appear on the screen after the renewal process is completed.

Once the online application is completed, the new Personal ID-Cert (stored in USB Thumb Drive) will be sent to you by mail within one week.
Important Note: In order to complete the renewal process, please ensure your existing Personal ID-Cert are still valid.

Upon the receipt of the new Personal ID-Cert, please have both your new and existing Personal ID-Certs ready. With just three simple steps, you will be able to confirm your acceptance.

1. Enter the serial number of your new Personal ID-Cert.
2. Enter the PIN (password) of your existing Personal ID-Cert to confirm your identity.
3. Enter the PIN (password) of your existing Personal ID-Cert again to confirm your acceptance of the new Personal ID-Cert.

Once the acknowledgment process is completed, the password for the new Personal ID-Cert will be sent to you by mail within one week.

* You are not required to take this step if you are using the Tradelink online services, Trade Declaration Webform or Dutiable Commodities Permit services.
Upon the receipt of the password for your new Personal ID-Cert, please follow the procedures listed in:

Note: You are recommended to remove your expired Personal ID-Cert after installing the new certificate. The removal procedure is listed in:http://www.tradelink-ebiz.com/csDocument/installation/CSFQI023.pdf
