In order to complete the renewal process, please ensure that your existing Personal ID-Cert is still valid.

1. Login the renewal page with the existing Personal ID-Cert and password.
2. Review and update your contact information as necessary.
3. Confirm and submit your Online Renewal Application with your existing Personal ID-Cert and password.
4. A "Process Completed" message will be shown on the screen after the renewal process is completed.

Note: Please perform the second step to download the new ID-Cert online after 3 days upon completion of the above processes.

Three days after you have submited renewal application, please go to Digi-Sign Online Collection Webpage and download the new ID-Cert. Please ensure that your existing Personal ID-Cert is still valid.

1. Login the Online Collection Webpage and perform the online collection with your existing valid Personal ID-Cert and password.
2. Verify and confirm your personal data and select the location to store your renewed ID-Cert.
3. Enter the password of your existing Personal ID-Cert again to confirm your acceptance of the new Personal ID-Cert.
4. A “Process Completed”message will be shown on the screen and password for the new ID-Cert will be mailed to you within one week.

To further safeguard your Personal ID-Cert, you are advised to backup a copy of it to an external storage media (e.g. USB memory device) and keep it in a secure place.
