Always Check
your Trade Declaration Submission Status
Once you have
submitted your Trade Declarations, Tradelink will return either
an Acknowledgement or an Application Error message to your system.
To avoid any delay or unnecessary penalties, please connect your
ValuNet Deluxe to Tradelink and check your Inbox 30 minutes after
each submission. If an error is found in your lodgment, please amend
and re-submit the declaration at once.
If you are not
able to find out any Acknowledgement or Application Error messages,
please check your Sentbox. If the message status in the Sentbox
remains "SENDING", that means the message cannot reach Tradelink.
One possible reason is that the message may be blocked by your anti-virus
software and therefore the message cannot be successfully sent out
from your system. If so, we suggest you to consult your IT support
and make necessary changes to the configuration of your anti-virus
software as appropriate to allow sending out of the concerned messages.
