on Commodity Types for EMAN |

| The
latest amendments on Commodity Types for Electronic Manifest
("EMAN") have been implemented with effect from 1
July 2009. Tradelink has delivered the "Smart Upgrade Directive"
to your Inbox of LogiNet Standard software. Please be reminded
that the upgrade will be executed automatically once you login
the LogiNet Standard software on or after 1 July 2009. For customers
using "import flat file for EMAN submissions", they
can update the system settings whenever necessary. |

| Check
Your Outstanding Trade Declaration Submission Status Regularly |
|
| From
time to time you may have "outstanding" trade declarations
which (i) have been prepared but not signed, or (ii) signed
but not sent; or (iii) sent but not yet acknowledged by the
Government. If you have any such outstanding trade declarations
in your ValuNet Deluxe software, a reminder will pop on screen
after you have logged in the software. You are advised to follow
up these outstanding trade declarations immediately in order
to avoid penalty charges from the Government. |

as soon as possible. This will avoid any unnecessary delays

the Transaction Gateway at Tradelink-eBiz.com and select "Customer
Information Update" under "Check & Update".
In the Customer Information Update page, you can update your
correspondence address, contact person, telephone number and
