Census and Statistics Department introduces the Hong Kong Imports
and Exports Classification List (Harmonised System) amendments in
2008 to be effective on 1 January 2008. Tradelink will deliver the
"2008 Harmonised System Code" and "2008 Calendar Table" upgrade
patch to your ValuNet Deluxe Inbox via the "Smart Upgrade" after
mid December 2007. When you login ValuNet Deluxe on or after 1 January
