Authorised Message Signatories are reminded that they should
keep their ID-Certs in safe custody and in no event authorise
or allow any other persons to use the ID-Certs on their behalf.
As soon as you come to knowledge of change to any of your
authorised Message Signatory(ies), you should inform Tradelink
immediately to delete the authorisation of the concerned Message
Signatory and to make arrangement for replacement of new ones
as necessary. You can do so by completing and sending to us
the Tradelink Service Change Form (Message Signatories Authorisation).
