This reminds all carriers that Government has announced electronic
submission of ocean and river cargo manifests would become
mandatory with effect from 16 June 2006. In order to ensure
the flat-file interface developed by ocean and river carriers
meets with the Government requirements, Tradelink and the
Government have made arrangement from 2 May 2006 to 30 May
2006 for carriers to conduct joint testing of the EMAN service.
