The Pan-Asian E-Commerce Alliance (PAA) held its 18th Steering
Committee meeting in early March in Hong Kong. Ms Sandra Lee,
Permanent Secretary, Economic Development and Labour Bureau
of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, addressed
the delegates by saying that she viewed with great pride the
progress that the Alliance had achieved in facilitating electronic
