as Chairman, effective from 8 January 2004, replacing Miss
Denise Yue. Dr. Lee is Tradelink's first non-Government chairman

Tradelink and the Panyu Foreign Economic & Trade Cooperation
Bureau signed a cooperative agreement to promote the Jiangmao-link
service in Panyu to strengthen the trade relationship between
Hong Kong and the Mainland and facilitate the initiatives

Traders can apply for a Certificate of Hong Kong Origin -
CEPA ("CO(CEPA)") in the initial phase of tariff
preference under CEPA with immediate effect. All applications
for CO (CEPA) should be submitted via Tradelink electronic
